Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Ecoverse website or purchasing our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ecoverse website (ecoverse.com) and its associated services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Services

Ecoverse provides whole-home water filtration, water softening, reverse osmosis, and smart water monitoring systems along with professional installation services.

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • Free water test appointments are subject to technician availability in your service area.
  • Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on your home's plumbing configuration.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

When you schedule a free water test or installation appointment:

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and address information.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.
  • A responsible adult (18+) must be present during the appointment.
  • Ecoverse reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due upon completion of installation unless a financing arrangement has been agreed upon.
  • We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and approved financing.
  • Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once installation materials have been ordered.
  • Ecoverse reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

5. Warranty

Ecoverse products are covered by our limited warranty:

  • Lifetime Warranty: Covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.
  • Labor Warranty: Installation labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of installation.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been misused, improperly maintained, modified, or damaged by events outside normal use.
  • Warranty coverage requires annual filter replacements using Ecoverse-approved components.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our installations:

  • Installed systems are non-returnable once installation is complete.
  • Uninstalled equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, undamaged condition for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Service calls and labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ecoverse website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Ecoverse Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecoverse shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Property damage resulting from pre-existing plumbing conditions not disclosed prior to installation.

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

Ecoverse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
